Face is a reflection of the inner beauty and happiness. As human, we always try to persue happiness; as human we also pursue
happiness in all the wrong places and embrace happiness as it comes along without being satisfied, which does not reflect very well on our appeareance.
Inner beauty can be enhanced by balancing the harmony between mind, body and soul leading to achieve ecstasy - ecstasy is the highest form of happiness with satisfaction.  Yoga teaches us how to pursue ecstasy by various maneouvers and various different levels of Yoga practice.
It can vary anywhere between Hatha Yoga to Nidra Yoga where a person can live in a suspended animation. 

Yoga is holistic science existing on the face of the earth from B.C. 2000 onwards. Many ancestors practiced yoga to benefit them in different levels like day to day peace to the state of suspended animation. Yoga philosophy is to activate the portions of the brain we normally don't use, so it will have supreme harmony over our existence. Even the scientists struggle to understand the functions of the frontal lobe. At any given point of time in our lives, humans use only one-thousandth portion of their brains. Frontal lobes is the well developed part of the brain existing only in Humans and not in any other primates. It is widely accepted by the philosophers that it is what gives us the sixth sense, to see beyond the basic five senses - vision, hearing, taste, touch and smell. The sixth sense is the ability to do supranormal human activities. e.g. Jesus walking on water, eventhough he was born as a human and the other miracles performed by Him and other religious pioneers.The modern philosopher who is widely known all over the world to master Yoga is none other than Buddha.
 His face always shows absolute balance he has atttained within himself.
In the current modern corporate nature of the world, our mind uses the portions in the middle of the brain, which has un-balanced emotions surfacing haphazardly. The sixth sense helps to sort out and balance these emotions
for the goodness of our soul.

Every branch of the Yoga offers us different benefit for our life, like breathing exercises helps to limit the symptoms of Asthma, COPD, CHF and the cognitive exercises helps to reduce the symptoms of ADD and ADHD, the balancing exercises gives body strength and enhances the center of gravity for the easy blood flow.

The types of yoga offered at Grand Yoga by experienced teachers are: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga.
